Learn the basics of making knotted earrings

90 Canadian dollars
241 Duke Street West, Kitchener, Ontario

Service Description

Learn how to make macrame earrings for pleasure or an income. Macrame is a technique of tying different kinds of knots to produce decorative items. With this series of workshops, you will be introduced to basic knots in macrame that make 80% of all designs. If you love working with threads or yarn, it can almost feel like a superpower to bend thread into designs. As you knot, weave, and cinch the cords by hand, you'll experience focused creativity. You'll build proficiency in foundational knots such as the Lark's Head, Square, and Double Half Hitch, and assemble a personalized piece that you can carry with you every day. The repetitive, structured technique offers a complete grounding practice that anchors your day in a calm presence.
