More than movement, this beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga class blends traditional yogic practices of Pranayama (breath work), meditation, and yogic philosophy with accessible Asana (physical postures) and poetic reflection. Guided with Love, this heart-centred class is your sanctuary to pause, breathe, and re-connect with your Self. All are welcome!

A Lunch Break for your Soul


Press pause on your day and return to your Heart. Reset with grounding breathwork, guided relaxation, and gentle movement to bring you Home into your body. Accessible for all, work attire friendly, no experience necessary! A beautiful 30 minutes to start or end your workweek. (And still have time to eat your lunch!)

Restorative Yoga Nidra

Description: 

Slow down and let go.

This restorative class offers a gentle yet powerful way to end your day, helping your body to rest, heal, and restore its natural balance. You will be fully supported in each pose with props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, allowing for longer holds and deeper relaxation. By cultivating a conscious, deep breath, you can shift your nervous system into a calm, restorative state.
*This gentle practice is for all levels.*
