Joint Freeing Series is a 21-pose, therapeutic yoga sequence that systematically moves every major joint through its full range of motion, from toes to neck.

Primarily done seated on the floor or in a chair, this gentle practice increases mobility, reduces stiffness, and boosts circulation by linking breath with movement.

This restorative class offers a gentle yet powerful way to end your day, helping your body to rest, heal, and restore its natural balance. You will be fully supported in each pose with props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, allowing for longer holds and deeper relaxation. By cultivating a conscious, deep breath, you can shift your nervous system into a calm, restorative state.

Ecstatic Tantric Movement

Description: 

A ritual embodied experience - a sensual embodiment journey guided through tantric movement and intuitive dance, where the body leads and energy flows freely. This is a space of sensuality, deep embodiment, self-expression and womb-led listening.

 

Each class is infused with sacred themes - elements, goddesses and archetypal energies - gently inviting you into deeper presence, sensation and soulful expression. Through slow, fluid movement, you awaken your life force and attune to the wisdom of your body, your sacred vessel.

 

There is no choreography, only surrender.

Folds and Fluidity Freestyle Dance

Description: 

An embodied dance practice devoted to feminine expression. 

 

Using scarves and ribbons as extensions of the body, we move through soft, spiral and wave-like motion - exploring and expressing folds and the emotions held within our bodies. We use movement to tell a story about our femininity beyond the use of words. 

 

We use dance to explore sensation, embodiment, sensuality, feeling, reflection, and the exquisite majesty of just being where movement becomes sacred story-telling.
