Embodied Rose Meditation
.png)
Description:
A gentle midday gathering in sisterhood - a space to soften, land and return to yourself through the quiet language of the rose.
This weekly meditation is a rose-infused journey inward: slowing down, tuning into your body and opening a little more gently to the wisdom of your heart.
Through breath, visualization, embodied stillness and gentle movement, we journey through the unfolding petals of the inner rose - softening the heart, connecting to our womb and remembering the beauty held within.
Each gathering becomes a ritual of remembrance - a moment to pause, be held in sisterhood and receive whatever wants to be felt, softened or witnessed.
There may be moments of gentle movement, storytelling or poetry woven through the meditation, before we settle into stillness and allow the experience to quietly unfold within us.
A sanctuary to be held, to be seen and to reconnect with your inner beauty - a small weekly ritual of nourishment, presence and devotion.
*This gentle practice is for all levels.*

In this slow, sensual yin practice, we soften into the sensations that rise, allowing the body to become a place of listening and returning to our essence.
Through deep nurturing holds, meditation, breath, storytelling, archetypes and gentle poetry, we create a sanctuary to land and surrender into the deeper layers of what is present within.
Each class is held as a ritual - a space to remember the divine feminine within.
A sacred space to soften, to unfold, to be held and to remember the sacredness that lives within.

Kundalini Yoga
Description:
Often called the "yoga of awareness," Kundalini Yoga is a transformative, spiritual practice designed to awaken dormant energy at the base of the spine. The base of your spine is believed to be like a dormant ‘snake’ energy, and repeated Kundalini Yoga begins to awaken this energy.
This dormant primal energy, which is symbolized as a coiled snake at the base of the spine, can be unleashed through recurrent practice. This energy can rise through the chakras to the crown. It can trigger significant energetic shifts, leading to shifts in consciousness and deep personal transformation.
Kundalini Yoga blends unconventional yoga movement, Pranayama (breath control), mantra chanting, and meditation to guide this energy upward through the chakras.
Culminates in a full 10-minute Shavasana.
**Open to everyone - expect to be driven out of your comfort zone!**
