At Yoni Mudra Art Gallery Inc., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning products and requesting refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Physical Artworks
We accept returns for physical artworks under the following conditions:

• The artwork arrives damaged or defective.

• The wrong item was received due to our error.

• The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

• Digital Artworks & Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital artworks are final and non-refundable unless there is a technical issue preventing access to the purchased file.

• Custom or Commissioned Artworks: All custom orders are final and non-refundable unless damaged during shipment.

• Gift Cards and Final Sale Items: These are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return of a physical product:

• Original condition and packaging must accompany returned product.

• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email melissa@yonigallery.ca with your order details, reason for return, and supporting photos (if requested).

Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product and is      responsible for packing the product for safe travel to avoid damage in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.

• If a refund is denied, we will notify you with the reason and return the item at your expense.

5. Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at melissa@yonigallery.cawithin 7 days of receiving the item.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return      shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly      shipped.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping      service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email melissa@yonigallery.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
